Voucher Terms and Conditions:
  1. This offer is open to targeted ebay.co.uk registered users, who must be UK residents and aged 18 years and over.
  2. The voucher codes CUKARGSMAY, CUKPPMNMAY, CUKCRRYMAY may be used to purchase items from the selected sellers as detailed in clause 3 below, in the "Voucher Promotions (UK)" category only (to browse in this category select the Everything Else category and then select "Voucher Promotions (UK)") on eBay.co.uk.
  3. Each voucher code CUKARGSMAY, CUKPPMNMAY, CUKCRRYMAY may be redeemed only once per registered user within the "Voucher Promotions (UK)" category as follows:
    1. CUKARGSMAY may only be used once per registered user on items listed by the seller "argos";
    2. CUKPPMNMAY may only be used once per registered user on items listed by the seller "prepaymania_shop";
    3. CUKCRRYMAY may only be used once per registered user on items listed by the seller " currys_pcworld".
  4. The vouchers are valid until and will expire on 30 May 2011 at 23:59:59 (UK time) unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. To redeem the voucher codes CUKARGSMAY, CUKPPMNMAY, CUKCRRYMAY , purchase one item per selected seller – as described in clause.
  6. Each voucher code CUKARGSMAY, CUKPPMNMAY, CUKCRRYMAY may be redeemed only once per registered user within the "Voucher Promotions (UK)" category as follows:
    1. Using PayPal as your payment method.
    2. Enter the applicable voucher code (the code will be included in the voucher, it is a combination of letters and numbers, e.g. CUKARGSMAY) when you are prompted to during the PayPal payment process and you will receive the related discount on the value of the item you purchase.
  7. Each transaction will receive a 10% discount. The maximum discount available per transaction is £1000 (Pounds Sterling). The voucher may only be used once.
  8. The discount is limited to the final item price of the item you purchase and does not apply to the related postage and packing cost or to any taxes, which are not included in the final item price.
  9. These vouchers are valid only when you pay with, and the seller accepts, PayPal.
  10. The purchase you make to redeem any of these vouchers must comply with eBay and PayPal's User Agreements and policies.
  11. These vouchers cannot be combined with any other voucher, site discount, rebate, offer, gift voucher or other promotion.
  12. These vouchers have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded.
  13. These vouchers are void where prohibited.
  14. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the discount you received through the use of the vouchers. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final item price.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
  16. eBay makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any product or service provided by any third party in connection with any voucher promotion.
  17. eBay will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any voucher promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the vouchers, provided that nothing shall limit eBay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
  18. eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this voucher promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in eBay's opinion make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this voucher promotion.
  19. eBay Europe S.à r.l. ("eBay") is the organiser of the promotion. eBay may carry out this promotion through its local subsidiaries.
