What is the promotion?
List a mobile phone in the Mobile & Smart Phones (#9355) category during the promotional period using the auction-style or fixed price format. If your item sells until 18 November 2014 23:59:59 local UK time and if the selling price is of £100 (excluding postage) or more, you will receive a £25 voucher, valid for a purchase on eBay.co.uk when paying with PayPal (minimum purchase price: £30).

Insertion fees, feature fees and final value fees apply.

Who is eligible?
eBay.co.uk registered private sellers who have been invited to participate. Participation is linked to the seller’s account and is not transferable. Sellers must be registered as a resident in the UK. Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards.

Saturday 20 September from 00:00:01 until Sunday 19 October 2014 23:59:59 local UK time (“Promotional Period”)

How do I receive the voucher?

• Only a mobile phone listed on eBay.co.uk using the auction-style or fixed price format in the Mobile & Smart Phones (#9355) category during the Promotional Period is eligible.
• You receive the voucher, if your mobile phone sells until 18 November 2014 23:59:59 local UK time and if the selling price is of £100 (excluding postage) or more.
• Maximum 1 voucher per user.
• The voucher will be sent to you by email within two weeks of your sale. The voucher code, the end time of the voucher and the minimum purchase price will be set out in the email along with the applicable voucher terms and conditions. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Restrictions & exclusions:

• Business sellers.
• Items re-listed during the promotional period.
• Items listed in the classified format.
• Identical listings that don’t comply with our duplicate listings policy.
• Any items listed that don’t comply with eBay’s listing policies or prohibited and restricted items policies.

General terms:

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion. 
• eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
