From 5th November until 14th December 2012 (local UK time), eBay.co.uk registered Business and Private Sellers (subject to the below mentioned seller restrictions in "What's Excluded") who list eligible parts items using the 'parts compatibility' feature to show a list of vehicles the part is compatible with, using either the Auction-style or Fixed Price (Buy It Now) format on eBay.co.uk, will receive a 10% discount on the Final Value Fee when the item sells. This offer applies to new listings, renewed listings or relisted items as long as this is completed within the promotional period.

Eligible parts items listed using the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad, eBay Android, eBay Blackberry and eBay Windows Phone applications, as well as most third-party tools are eligible.

To take part in this promotion, sellers must be registered as resident in the UK.

• The eligible categories for the promotion can be found here in the 'What is parts compatibility?' section.
• Only eligible parts items listed as new listings on eBay.co.uk, or eligible parts items that renew or are relisted during the promotional period, using either the Auction-style or Fixed Price (Buy It Now) formats are included. Listings that are already live at the start of the promotion will not be eligible (including 30 days and GTC listings) unless they renew (automatically or manually) during the promotional period. If you add parts compatibility information to a listing after it is live, you will only benefit from the promotion if that listing renews or is relisted during the promotional period.Only items that comply with our Duplicate Listings Policy are included.
• Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
• Eligible parts items listed using the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad, eBay Android, eBay Blackberry and eBay Windows Phone applications, as well as most third-party tools are eligible. Ebay professional tools
• Any eligible parts items with the parts compatibility information previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
• During the promotional period, if sellers re-list an eligible item that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will be eligible under the eBay re-list policy.
• Only Business and Private Sellers registered on eBay,co.uk as resident in the UK are eligible.

• Sellers whose accounts do not meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Please sign in to My eBay and view your seller dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you have completed fewer than ten transactions as a seller, this information will not appear in My eBay but you will receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards. • If you've registered after 15th March 2011 or have not listed any items for a while you may have a restricted selling allowance of a maximum of 10 items per month or of £650.00 per month (with respect to value of items sold), whichever is reached first, which may be increased. • All items listed in any category or subcategory other than the eligible ones mentioned here in the 'What is parts compatibility?' section.
• All parts items listed without the 'parts compatibility' feature.
• Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy.
• Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotional period does NOT qualify for the promotion.
• Any items listed which do not comply with eBay's Listing Policies or Prohibited and Restricted Items Policies.
• If the eligible parts item sells, only the Final Value Fee will be reduced by 10%. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Insertion Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery Plus" or "Subtitle"; See the full details about eBay fees.

Members listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

• Business and Private Sellers must comply with the Duplicate Listings Policy to qualify for this promotion.

• eBay reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in eBay's opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. eBay reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
• eBay also reserves the right to exclude users on the basis that their seller accounts have fallen below the minimum required seller performance standards. Sellers should confirm eligibility by checking their account status on My eBay.
• The decision of eBay regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
