eBay Account Management Services Terms & Conditions
These eBay Account Management Services terms and conditions (“AMS Terms”) apply to the eBay Account Management Services support programme (incl. all tiers) provided by eBay (“Programme”) on eBay.co.uk (“Site”), whereby the seller (“You” and “Your”) will gain access to specialist eBay services to help Your eBay business through a paid subscription service.
For the purposes of these AMS Terms, “eBay” means eBay (UK) Limited. The Programme is a continuation and new iteration of what was eBay’s Pro-Trader Plus programme, which the Programme replaces.
