Using eBay reports to manage your business
Sellers have access to several reports and statements to enable them to comply with the fiscal obligations for their businesses. These reports and statements are available for download in Seller Hub and, in some cases, My eBay. Availability of Seller Hub reports and features may vary from site to site. Sellers who list their products directly on international eBay sites should check Seller Hub on those particular sites to access their reports. Let’s look at the reports eBay generates for sellers.
Seller Hub reports for fiscal reconciliation and reporting obligations

Transaction report
- From Seller Hub, click the Payments tab, then Reports, then Transactions
- View a detailed breakdown of all your account activity for a specific time period
- Download your report in CSV format for use with your spreadsheets and bookkeeping software

Payout report
- From Seller Hub, click the Reports tab, then Payout report
- View a summary of your payouts for a specific time period
- View domestic and international payment information in one centralized location
- Download a comprehensive report from your domestic site that includes your international sales

Financial statement
- View a summary of your sales activity
- Get a detailed view of monthly transactions, including claims, refunds, payment disputes, payouts and more

- From Seller Hub, click the Payments tab, then Reports, then Invoices
- From My eBay, click Payments, then Reports, then Invoices
- View all seller fees and costs you’ve paid for eBay services rendered by month
- Download your monthly invoices

Sellers have access to statistics and reports which enable them to track and manage their activity on eBay. These reports contain site-specific data. So, if you have listings on several international eBay sites, you should consult your reports on those particular sites to analyse your performance in those specific markets. Your domestic listings that offer international shipping are included in your local report. Here’s a quick overview of the reports available:

Orders report
- From Seller Hub, click the Orders tab
- See all the open orders you need to ship across all eBay sites where purchases are made. You don’t have to switch between eBay sites to see your international orders.

- From Seller Hub, click the Performance tab and then Sales
- View your sales over specific time periods, compare sales of promoted and non-promoted listings, and see a breakdown of your total selling fees and costs.

- From Seller Hub, click the Performance tab and then Traffic

- Impressions
- Page views
- Quantities sold
- Average click-through rate
- Average sales conversion
- Compare statistics for specific time periods up to 90 days

Listing Quality Report
- From Seller Hub, click the Performance tab, then click Download listing quality report
- This country-specific report shows sellers how to optimize their listings on a particular eBay site. Domestic listings that offer international shipping are included in each local report. If you have listings on several international eBay sites, you should consult your reports on those particular sites to see how to optimize the listings in those specific markets.
