Your  account manager will offer advice on promotional opportunities that can enhance your business growth. Please note that participating in deals exclusive to the Account Management programme might involve additional fees and come with particular terms and conditions. While we strive to support your business, access to these promotions is subject to availability and not automatically included with program participation.

Programme participation, fees & commitment

There are two Account Management tiers available to sellers:

  • Account Management Plus: £399 a month, plus VAT
  • Account Management Premium: £599 a month, plus VAT

The minimum commitment to eBay’s Account Management Services programme is three months starting from the first day of the next calendar month following your enrollment. At the end of three months you’ll be able to continue with the programme or cancel your subscription in Seller Portal by giving one month’s notice.  Terms & Conditions

At application to the programme, you must have: 

  1. at least Above Standard status (as defined in the Seller standards policy); and 
  2. achieved a reasonable Gross Merchandise Value (“GMV”)*, as determined by eBay,  within the calendar year or the 12 month period before the date You submitted Your request for participation, or in the case of new sellers that have not been selling on eBay for a calendar year or a 12 month period, based on eBay’s forecast of Your GMV over one calendar year, or a 12 month period. 

*GMV is the total value of all paid transactions between users on the Site during the applicable period inclusive of shipping fees and taxes. 

Our team will review your application to check your eligibility and will get back to you with an update via email within three working days from your submission. If you’re eligible, we’ll then schedule a welcome conversation and take you through the first steps.

Programme charges are applied to your account on a monthly basis to cover the current monthly period. The applicable amount is calculated and applied as a debit directly to your eBay account, removing the need for a separate payment action. Details and summaries of these monthly charges are available within the Payments Summary tab in Seller Hub.

You can end your participation after the initial three months by cancelling your subscription in Seller Portal. If your cancellation is submitted not less than 14 days prior to the end of the calendar month, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the then current calendar month. If your cancellation is submitted less than 14 days prior to the end of the then current calendar month, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the following calendar month. In either case, you will not be entitled to a refund of your Programme Fee.

You provide your daily advertising budget and we will take care of the rest. On your behalf, an advertising specialist will create, edit and otherwise manage your Advertising campaigns and accounts, including but not limited to: 

  • (i) creating ads and adding your listings to Advertising campaigns 
  • (ii) implementing or modifying advertising settings, including bids, ad rates, targeting, and other campaign parameters 
  • (iii) modifying campaign status (e.g. activating or deactivating campaigns, setting or modifying start and end dates for ads and campaigns). 
  • If you wish to update your target budget, simply email your advertising specialist with your preferred target budget at any time. 

A single subscription to eBay’s Account Management Services programme includes the account you enrol into the programme with and one further linked account.    

Yes. You can request an upgrade or downgrade in Seller Portal once your minimum commitment period has ended. Upgrading to the Premium tier is subject to eBay’s approval.

  • If your request is submitted not less than 14 days prior to the end of the calendar month, your approved request will be effective at the end of the then current calendar month.
  • If your request is submitted less than 14 days prior to the end of the then current calendar month, your approved request will be effective at the end of the following calendar month. 

If you decide to end your participation mid-month, unfortunately we’re unable to refund your programme fee for the month in which you submit your cancellation to eBay. However, you won't be charged as of the end of the following month.

Yes. You may be disqualified from eBay’s Account Management Services programme if you don't follow the programme's Terms and Conditions and/or eBay policies.

Should you be disqualified from the eBay Account Management Services programme, you can request to rejoin once you have again met the necessary eligibility criteria.

Your account manager will tailor support to your business needs. At first, plan for at least one call per month lasting 30-45 minutes. Your account manager will adjust the length and frequency if necessary.

We're committed to a positive and rewarding eBay experience for you. Every six months, we'll send a satisfaction survey to gather your valuable feedback on our support programme and your overall experience, which helps us improve our services. You can provide feedback about the program to your account manager at any time.
