The Marketing Tools section of My eBay provides you with everything you need to promote your items to buyers:

• Cross Promotions – Increase buyers’ awareness of other items you’re selling your listings will be displayed on other sellers’ pages, and items from other sellers will be displayed on your pages.

• Email Marketing – Set up your mailing lists for your buyer newsletter.

• Favourite Seller Top Picks – Promote your items to buyers in Favourite Seller Top Picks emails and pages.

• Promote Similar Items - Feature your items with other sellers' similar items on certain eBay pages and in emails.

• Logos and Branding- Market yourself to buyers by adding your custom logos to eBay Checkout pages and transaction emails.

To access Marketing Tools, go to My eBay and click the “Marketing Tools” link.
